Intelligent Design of Shanghai Xinzhan Building



1.Video Surveillance System - RENNER

Equipment and technical support adopted in the project:

The monitoring system is a network-based digital monitoring system, which is built on the dedicated network of the internal security system to ensure the network security of the video monitoring and intrusion alarm systems.

The front-end cameras used in this project are designed to adopt 1080P high-definition network cameras, with disk array technology for storage. The back-end uses management servers for unified management of monitoring system equipment and video storage, and then decodes the front-end network video signals to the TV wall through high-definition video decoding servers for viewing.

2.Electronic patrol - RENNER

The patrol system is easy to operate and serves as a basic configuration for security patrols.

Place the patrol checkpoints at the key points of the patrol route. During the patrol, security guards use the portable patrol stick to read the patrol checkpoints in the order of the route. When reading the patrol checkpoints, if an emergency is found, they can read the incident point at any time. The patrol stick will save the checkpoint number and reading time as a patrol record. Regularly upload the patrol records to the computer using the communication base.

3.Wireless Intercom Project - RENNER

This project adopts a digital intercom system, with 4 working groups set up to work simultaneously for the office building.

The quantity and distribution of devices such as radio frequency antennas, power amplifiers, couplers, and amplifiers depend on the building structure and the results of field strength tests.

Main equipment such as repeaters, couplers, and combiners/splitters are installed in the security control room.

The signal covers the entire project area, meeting the requirement of 100% coverage within the building complex.

4.Intrusion Alarm - RENNER

An intrusion alarm system refers to a system that uses sensor technology and electronic information technology to detect and indicate acts of illegal entry or attempted illegal entry into a designated area, process alarm information, and send out alarm messages.

The alarm detectors are infrared passive dual-technology detectors, which are mainly installed in the two weak current rooms on each floor.



5.Data Center Engineering - RENNER

The ceiling of the data room on the 7th floor adopts a micro-perforated aluminum plate ceiling. The floor uses anti-static flooring with dust-proof and moisture-proof treatment. The skirting line is made of stainless steel. A grounding grid and grounding bar are installed under the floor to provide more effective lightning protection for the equipment.


6.Building Automation System - RENNER

Purpose of BA system construction: energy conservation, creating a comfortable environment, and improving management efficiency, with management through a graphical interface.

Main monitoring equipment:

  • Air conditioning indoor units in public areas;
  • Monitoring of the supply and exhaust system;
  • Monitoring of the green wall irrigation system;
  • Monitoring of the rainwater recycling system;
  • Monitoring of outdoor landscape lighting;
  • Monitoring of sump, oil separator water pumps and liquid level alarms;
  • Timed on/off control of indoor public area lighting.The systems of Xinzhan Building Project include: integrated security management platform, video surveillance system, computer room engineering, building automation system, office automation (OA) system, multimedia conference system, etc.
